Legal information

01Contact, seller and operator

This website is an independent guide to Potensal and sells nothing itself. Orders, payment, delivery, returns and refunds are handled by the merchant through the official Potensal checkout and its Help Center on potensal.com, where the maker says customer support is available 24/7. You can reach the editors of this guide at info@potensal.co.

Platform operator

Haur B.V., a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands. According to the published terms (potensal.com/terms/au), it operates the potensal.com website and provides the payment and order-administration service. Returns must not be sent to this address.

Seller of record

Haruki Limited, company registration number UN 486997, registered at Agios Ambrosios, 16, Anglisides, 7571, Larnaca, Cyprus. The terms name it the seller of record, responsible for the sale, supply, conformity, safety and labelling of the products and for arranging fulfilment. Returns must not be sent to this registered address either.

Returns addresses

Returns follow the Help Center procedure and go only to the location given for your order. The terms list EU returns at Kleine Esch 669, 2841 MK Moordrecht, the Netherlands, and US returns at 19655 E 35th Dr, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011, United States. Always start the return through the merchant's own procedure before sending anything back.

02Privacy

We run no accounts, forms or newsletters on this guide and collect no personal data from you. Your browser stores one session flag so that a short desktop message shows only once; it is removed when you close the tab.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, time and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running. Any data you enter while ordering is processed by the merchant under the privacy policy published on potensal.com.

03Terms of use

Product facts on this site are taken from the official checkout and the merchant's published terms. Prices are shown per bottle, exactly as the checkout prints them; the price displayed at the moment you order is the one that applies, and currency or customs charges on cross-border orders are a matter for the merchant.

The contract of sale is between you and the seller named above, never with this website. The maker describes a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, you can send the bottles back, even empty, and ask for a refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Nothing here is medical advice. Potensal is a dietary supplement; anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing, on medication or living with a condition should speak to a doctor first. Brand names and product images belong to their owners.

04How this site is funded

This guide is a partner site. If you order after following one of our links, the merchant may pay us a commission. You pay exactly the same price whether you use our link or go to the shop directly, and the commission never changes the facts we publish here.
